Symphony Care Management Ordering Service

During the Covid-19 Pandemic we started this service for our clients. For many who are aging in place at home, the ease and consistency of having someone else take care of the task of ordering all needed household items and food is an enormous burden off of them, and their families. In addition, Jean can schedule transportation for medical appointments which may include a chair car or car service. We will continue to provide this convenient support ongoing for anyone in our practice who will benefit from it.

1) Weekly grocery orders with scheduled delivery.

2) Purchase of any household items needed.

3) Transportation coordination (with one week notice)

Procedure:
Activate the service by calling or emailing , Jean Clements, Practice Manager at 781-591-3231 ext. 3 or jean@symphonycaremanagement.com and she will explain the procedure and get you set up in our system. Jean’s hours are: 9-1, Monday-Friday.
